During your first personal training session, you can expect a thorough assessment of your current fitness level, discussion of your fitness goals, and a personalized workout plan designed specifically for you. To join a small group training class, simply check our schedule online and sign up for a class that fits your availability. You should bring a water bottle, a towel, comfortable workout attire, and a positive attitude. Our trainers will provide all necessary equipment and guidance during the session.

Our nutritional guidance program offers a comprehensive and personalized approach to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. Upon joining, you’ll have an initial consultation to discuss your dietary habits, preferences, goals, and any specific dietary requirements or restrictions. Based on this information, you’ll receive a tailored nutrition plan that includes meal suggestions, portion sizes, and tips for making healthier food choices. You’ll also have regular check-ins to monitor progress, make necessary adjustments, and address any questions or challenges you may encounter along the way.
