General Policies

● Punctuality is crucial to maximize the benefit of your personal training session. Aim to arrive at least 15 minutes early to prepare.

● If you anticipate running late, please let me know as soon as possible.

● If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule or shorten your session to avoid delay for subsequent sessions.

● Repeated lateness may result in a review of your booking slot or additional charges.

● If you’re feeling unwell, please notify me as soon as possible. It’s important for your health and the health of others that you do not attend the training session if you’re sick.

● If you have symptoms associated with COVID-19 or any contagious illness, stay home and inform me.

● Depending on the situation, I can reschedule your session or propose an alternative date.

● If you start to feel unwell during a training session, let me know immediately and seek appropriate medical attention.

● Regular hand washing and using sanitizers during training sessions are recommended to help maintain a healthy environment.

● Duration of Sessions: Training sessions will typically last either 30 minutes or 1 hour, as per the client’s preference and fitness goals

● Scheduling: Training sessions must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.

● Tardiness: If a client is late for a session, the session will end at the originally scheduled time. This ensures that subsequent clients are not affected.

● Clothing and Equipment: Clients are required to wear appropriate workout attire and footwear. Personal equipment should be in safe, working condition.

● Safety: Clients should inform their trainer about any health concerns or potential injuries before each session. The trainer has the right to refuse service if a client’s health may be at risk.

● Communication: Clients are encouraged to communicate openly with their trainer about their goals, comfort levels, and any concerns they may have.

● Changes to Policy: This policy is subject to change at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes in advance.

● The personal training program operates on a subscription-based model. Upon subscribing, you can schedule up to 4 personal training sessions per week.

● To ensure fairness and availability for all subscribers, a maximum of 4 sessions per week can be booked. This limit allows me to provide personalized attention to each client.

● Sessions cannot be transferred or accumulated week over week. Please make sure to schedule your 4 sessions within each week of your subscription.

● For the days when we are not meeting in-person, I will provide customized workout plans based on your personal fitness goals. These will be available for you to complete at your convenience through the provided app.

● If you cannot attend a booked session, please inform me as soon as possible so that we can reschedule within the same week, subject to availability.

● Please note that repeated failure to attend scheduled sessions without prior notice may lead to a review of your subscription.

● It’s important to maintain a consistent training schedule for optimal results. I’m here to support your fitness journey while ensuring a fair and effective service for all subscribers.

● Assessments are complementary and an essential part of your fitness journey. They provide an opportunity for us to discuss your goals, review your current fitness level, identify any muscle imbalances, and give insight into your nutrition.

● If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for an assessment, we may need to reschedule to ensure we have adequate time for a thorough evaluation.

● Please cancel any assessment at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend. This allows me to offer the slot to another client.

● No-shows for assessments without prior notice may impact your ability to schedule future assessments. This is due to the detailed preparation required for each individual’s assessment.

● Online consultations are complimentary and provide a platform to discuss your fitness goals or any concerns. Please be punctual to make the most of these sessions.

● If you anticipate being late for an online consultation, please inform me as soon as possible.

● If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for an online consultation, we may need to reschedule it.

● Please cancel any online consultation at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend, enabling me to allocate the time slot to another client.

● No-shows for online consultations without prior notice may result in a review of your ability to schedule future consultations.

● Online training includes customized workouts designed based on your access to equipment, availability to exercise, goals, and workout experience.

● Please communicate any changes in your availability, equipment access, or fitness goals promptly so that I can adjust your workout plans accordingly.

● Keep me informed about any difficulties or concerns you face during the workouts. Remember, constant communication is vital for a successful online training program.

● Bi-weekly or monthly meetings will be scheduled to review your progress, address any struggles or concerns, and make necessary adjustments to your workouts and nutrition plan.

● Punctuality for these meetings is crucial to ensure we have enough time to discuss all aspects thoroughly. If you’re going to be late or need to cancel a meeting, please notify me as soon as possible.

● No-shows for scheduled meetings without prior notice may affect the effectiveness of your training program and may lead to a review of your online training subscription.

● Wellness coaching sessions are designed to help manage your overall wellbeing and set achievable wellness goals.

● Regular updates about your progress and any challenges you face are essential for effective coaching. Please maintain open communication between sessions.

● Bi-weekly or monthly meetings will be scheduled to review your progress, address any concerns, and adjust your wellness goals as needed.

● Punctuality for these meetings is critical. If you’re going to be late or need to cancel a meeting, please inform me as soon as possible.

● No-shows for scheduled meetings without prior notice may affect the effectiveness of your wellness journey and may lead to a review of your wellness coaching subscription.

Over time, I will guide and advise you until you have a basic understanding of how to use nutrition for health and to reach your goals. This service aims to empower you in making informed nutritional choices.

Taking a more holistic approach, wellness coaching focuses on habits that lead to a lifestyle change. We’ll explore ways to reduce stress and discover what exercise means to you. This comprehensive approach ensures that your wellness journey is truly transformative and sustainable.
