Wellness Coaching
Wellness coaches play a crucial role in guiding individuals toward holistic well-being. They act as mentors, helping their clients achieve optimal physical, mental, and emotional health. A wellness coach’s primary responsibility is guiding and empowering individuals to reach their health and well-being goals. They emphasize the importance of sustainable, long-term changes and foster resilience and mindfulness to help clients navigate life’s challenges. In 2020 and beyond, wellness coaches became even more vital as they assisted people in coping with the physical and emotional stressors brought about by the global pandemic.
